It's quite hard to tell from the slide, but it appears to me.... If you had used point 1 where you outlined it in the circle, you would still end up using the same vertical line to determine your profit target since it was the highest before the ...

Technically, your demand line is misdrawn. I think you are using that indicator by the looks of it and this is the problem with it. Your first point (which would be the farthest to the right, or most recent) with which you draw the lower trend line ...

Mono, First, I appreciate the indicator. Great work. I just had a quick question about how you calculated the potential profit. On the candle you would use to to set the vertical line, where you put the first line at that candles apex and the second ...

I read your post with some relief. It's good to know I'm not seeing things. At this point I think I've actually found the direction I will go in as well. Not where I thought I would be going in the beginning. I'm actually finding myself more drawn ...
How long did it take you come up with your method?

I actually missed your post somehow when I first made this thread. I'm really seeing that developing your style or method of trading is really more about finding yourself than anything. I think I could probably take any number of systems that others ...

Stockwet, I've been using the Spot FX MT4 demo for the past couple of weeks now. I'm finding some serious cause for concern. There are spikes that seem totally out of line all over the place. The U/J for example was trading in a 10-15 pip range at ...

The challenge is one of the reasons I'm so attracted to trading. I see that you got the core of your method from someone else, and then developed on it from there (if I understand you correctly). Did you use a methodical approach during development ...

Thank you! That's exactly the kind of response I'd hoped to hear. I think one quickly realizes this isn't something they can just haphazardly tackle. Devising a methodical, planned approach to determine your system seems necessary, and nearly as ...

You're trading .10 lots on 11 (or was it 12) pairs and gold (???), with only a $1000 account. Throughout the thread it's been said you need at least $1000 a pair to trade that size. That means you're underfunded by at least $10,000. At ...

Thank you! Maybe right now the best thing to do is for people to try some truly different setups (that were at least attempted to be logically supported) so we can have an idea of what to do, or more likely and more importantly, what not ...

I'm still working on it. I really need help on coming up with the different variables. The people that have studied the statements can probably be of most help. I'm really kinda shooting in the dark with these, some may be unnecessary or obviously ...

I don't think that having people using the same setttings is a bad thing, it provides confirmation of the earlier success and through a different time frame (it was started at a different period) with possibly a different broker. I was trying to ...
